Ambrose Immigration Law, LLC is led by Attorney Jingyi (Helen Yu) Ambrose, an immigration lawyer licensed in Massachusetts, New York, and China.
With nearly ten years of experience, Helen has assisted thousands of clients with employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, waivers, and removal defense. She regularly advises companies, universities, and organizations on complex employment-based matters—including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM, EB-3, and religious worker EB-4—and has successfully guided many investors through EB-5 process, as well as nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, E-2, O-1, and TN.
Helen is a highly experienced immigration attorney with deep knowledge across many areas of immigration law and a proven ability to handle complex cases. She is especially skilled at responding to challenging Requests for Evidence (RFEs/NOIDs) and is known for taking on difficult matters and achieving strong, successful results for her clients.
Helen received her LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (华东政法大学). As a former international student and immigrant, Helen understands the challenges her clients face and approaches every case with empathy, patience, and personalized support.
